Twin Cities Siding and Roofing Professionals Wins National Customer Service Award for 11th Consecutive Year

Twin Cities Siding and Roofing has been awarded a national 2018 Guildmaster Award for exceptional customer service in home remodeling. This is the 11th year in a row in which we have earned this prestigious honor, stretching back to 2009. We are one of only 300 home contractors in the U.S. to receive this award in 2018, which celebrates service excellence in the building, remodeling, contracting, and home services professions.
The Guildmaster Award is presented annual by GuildQuality, an independent customer satisfaction survey company. The primary requirement for receiving a Guildmaster Award is exemplary customer service, as demonstrated by an extremely high customer recommendation rate.
What makes the Guildmaster Award particularly special is that it is based directly on customer feedback this is gathered independently. It is the honest and unbiased comments from our customers about their experience with Twin Cities Siding & Roofing that has earned us this recognition.
In determining which businesses received the 2018 Guildmaster Award, GuildQuality reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates, and considered two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers stating they would recommend the business to friend and the percentage of customers who responded. Twin Cities Siding & Roofing achieved a recommendation rate of greater than 90% from its customers who were surveyed through GuildQuality, while the average customer recommendation rate for businesses in our industry is approximately 70%.
