We are very pleased to announce that Twin Cities Siding and Roofing has received a 2021 “Guildmaster with Distinction” Award from GuildQuality, an independent customer satisfaction survey company, recognizes service excellence in the building, remodeling, contracting, and home services professions. This is the fourteenth consecutive year we have received this prestigious recognition.
The award was presented for demonstrating exceptional customer service within the residential construction industry. Twin Cities Siding and Roofing is one of only 400 businesses within the residential construction industry recognized by GuildQuality for consistently delivering superior customer care.
The Guildmaster Award is a particularly special honor because it is based on independently gathered customer feedback. Two primary metrics are considered by GuildQuality for each award candidate: the percentage of customers stating they would recommend the business to a friend and the percentage of customers who responded.
Twin Cities Siding and Roofing achieved a recommendation rate of greater than 90% from its customers who were surveyed through GuildQuality, while the average customer recommendation rate for businesses in our industry is approximately 70%.
