For the seventh consecutive year, Twin Cities Siding & Roofing has earned the Guildmaster® Award for exceptional customer service from GuildQuality, an impartial customer satisfaction surveying company. We are one of only 200 home remodeling companies in the U.S. to earn this distinction, and one of only three home contractors in Minnesota to be honored this year.
Since 2005 the independent Guildmaster® Awards have recognized service excellence among home remodelers and contractors. Over the past 12 months, GuildQuality reviewed survey responses submitted by customers of more than 1,100 award candidates from across the country. The surveys were completed by customers who rated their contractor’s ability to create “exceptional customer experiences,” as well as the quality of the work performed and overall value provided.
One of the most important survey questions was whether or not the customer would recommend their contractor to a friend or neighbor. We are very proud to report that Twin Cities Siding & Roofing achieved a “customer recommendation rate” of greater than 90%, far higher than the industry average of 70%.
