For the 15th consecutive year, Twin Cities Siding and Roofing has been honored with a 2022 Guildmaster Award from GuildQuality, a national independent customer satisfaction survey organization. We are one of only 138 businesses within the replacement contractor industry recognized by GuildQuality for consistently delivering superior customer care.
The annual Guildmaster Awards celebrate service excellence among home builders, remodelers, and home service professionals. Each year, the awards focus special recognition on remodeling companies who consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service. To receive the award, a company must achieve at least a 90% recommendation rate and a 50% customer response rate.
A Guildmaster Award is based on customer feedback that has been independently gathered by GuildQuality. Awards are made based on the percentage of customers stating they would recommend the business to a friend and the percentage of customers who responded.
“The average customer recommendation rate for businesses in our industry is approximately 70%,” said Terry Stamman, who co-founded Twin Cities Siding and Roofing with his wife, Kristen, in 1995. “For our team to achieve a recommendation rate of over 90% for 15 straight years is a reflection on the quality of the experience we deliver for each and every customer.”
