For the fourth year in a row, Twin Cities Siding and Roofing has received the Guildmaster Award for exceptional customer service and satisfaction. In fact, this year marks the third year running that we have earned the prestigious “Guildmaster with Distinction” Award, the highest honor bestowed.
While winning awards is always very nice, I’d like to tell you why THIS award is particularly important to our company.
The Guildmaster Award is presented by GuildQuality®, a national customer service organization for the construction and remodeling industry. What makes the Guildmaster award so special is the way in which the winners are determined. It is not by the size of the company or sales volume. It is not by the number of trucks we have in our fleet, or the number of siding jobs we have done during the year.
Instead, the Guildmaster Award is based on feedback and reviews provided directly to GuildQuality® by actual customers of Twin Cities Siding and Roofing. Following the completion of every project our customers are asked to submit an honest evaluation of their experience with our company. The evaluations are submitted directly to GuildQuality® – we do not see them before they are sent.
GuildQuality® reviews each and every evaluation they receive and rates our performance in the areas of customer service and satisfaction. Only those contractors with the very highest ratings from their customers receive the Guildmaster Award; and only the very top of that prestigious group earns the Guildmaster with Distinction honor.
